Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Iowa (RMHC – EI) Grants Program aims to make an impact on children’s lives by awarding grants to qualified non-profit organizations whose programs improve the quality of life for children and their families in Eastern Iowa.
Grants requests are considered for non-profit organizations within the 15 county area represented by McDonald’s Restaurant Owner/Operators in Eastern Iowa. These counties include Benton, Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Cedar, Chickasaw, Clinton, Dubuque, Fayette, Grant (WI), Iowa, Jackson, Johnson, Linn, Washington,
RMHC Grants are competitive, allowing RMHC to select and award projects that create growth and enrichment opportunities for today’s children who will become tomorrow’s citizens and leaders. Applications are reviewed twice a year.
Proceeds from World Children's Day, donated canister money collected from generous customers at Eastern Iowa McDonald Restaurants, and matching funds from RMHC - Global, the organization's international headquarters, help fund the Grants Program.
