Required Documents
1. A certified high school transcript that contains the student's class rank and test scores.
2. Applicants must submit a personal statement that provides information and their community involvement, career goals, and desire to contribute to their community (250 words maximum).
3. A one-page letter of recommendation from one of applicant's teachers or school official is required.
4. Applicants must submit a current (2009 or 2010) copy of the IRS Form 1040 filed by his or her parent(s) or guardian(s) used to document total income.
Remember that if submitting the application online, the required supporting documents must still be sent via mail. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
